Performing high intensity exercises such as sprints or weight lifting can lift testosterone levels through the rest of the day. Testosterone in males is linked to mood and behavior. Higher testosterone could lead to being more energetic, focused, competitive, independent, impulsive and confident, just to name a few attributes.
